Frankly, I didn’t see anything new in this piece. Even a casual reading of the articles that were published over the period of time this was going on, kept us up to date. There is a whole bigger picture of what was going on with SPAC’s and the SEC. Absent that perspective, this article isn’t particularly illuminating.
